By accessing or using the services provided by Aucio Infotech(GSTIN: 08BHKPT9918G1ZM) ("Offistack", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Offistack provides a white-labeled client delivery infrastructure that allows creative agencies and freelancers to manage project files, client approvals, and communications through a branded portal.
3. User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payments
Offistack offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. You can request a full refund within 7 days of any payment, as described in our Refund Policy. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and technology provided by Offistack are the property of Aucio Infotech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your business purposes.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms and Conditions. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offistack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
Data Loss Disclaimer: While we utilize secure cloud infrastructure (Wasabi and Neon DB) and implement security best practices, we do not provide any guarantee against the loss of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of any content or data uploaded to the Service. Offistack shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or destruction of your data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
